All work is carried out in accordance with safeguarding guidance including "Working Together to Safeguard Children".

 

DBS Status

 

Helen Cooke holds an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) certificate appropriate for working with children and young people.

 

The DBS check confirms that there is no information preventing Helen Cooke from working in regulated activity with children.

 

Where required by schools, organisations or Local Authorities, DBS documentation can be presented prior to work commencing.

 

Ongoing Safeguarding Practice

• Safeguarding concerns are taken seriously and acted upon promptly

• Information is shared appropriately with relevant safeguarding services where necessary

• Work is carried out in line with professional safeguarding responsibilities
