Modern Slavery Statement
NeuroNurtured
Our Commitment
NeuroNurtured is committed to acting ethically, with integrity and transparency in all aspects of our work. We have a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking and are committed to ensuring that these practices do not occur within our business or supply chains.
Our work centres on supporting children, young people, families and professionals, and we believe that respect, dignity and fairness should underpin everything we do.
About NeuroNurtured
NeuroNurtured is an independent consultancy providing specialist coaching, training and resources relating to neurodivergence. The organisation currently operates as a small business led by its founder, with services delivered directly to families, schools and organisations within the UK.
Our Risk Profile
Due to the nature and size of our organisation, we assess the risk of modern slavery within our direct operations to be low.
NeuroNurtured:
-
Does not employ large numbers of staff
-
Does not operate overseas
-
Does not use complex supply chains
-
Primarily provides professional services.
However, we recognise that risks can still exist within wider supply chains and remain committed to vigilance.
Our Supply Chains
Our suppliers are limited and typically include:
-
Professional services
-
Training platforms
-
Printing and promotional materials
-
IT and website services.
Where possible, we work with reputable UK-based organisations and small businesses that share our values around ethical working practices.
Due Diligence
To reduce risk, NeuroNurtured aims to:
-
Work with trusted suppliers
-
Avoid organisations where there are concerns about labour practices
-
Review suppliers periodically where appropriate
-
Raise concerns if unethical practices are suspected.
Reporting Concerns
Any concerns about potential modern slavery or unethical practice will be taken seriously and investigated appropriately. NeuroNurtured will not knowingly engage with organisations involved in exploitative practices.
Ongoing Commitment
As NeuroNurtured grows, we will continue to review our policies and procedures to ensure that our approach to ethical practice remains robust and proportionate to the size and scope of the organisation.
